A.S.L.A. – Principal / Designer
Rob comes naturally to Landscape Architecture. His grandfather was a parks superintendent for the City of Buffalo’s South Park, and Rob was raised at Elerslie on Niagara, a noted historical property with widely admired gardens, which shaped his interest in landscape design and architecture.
After obtaining an Associate’s degree in Landscape Design, he pursued a career in landscape architecture through SUNY College of Environmental Forestry at Syracuse. He landed in Australia for a brief period, which lead to an interest in Australian native plants and low water use landscaping. Rob has been instrumental in establishing RGA as a regionally recognized leader in water efficient Landscape Architecture and planning. In addition to serving as a consult to various boards, he has a keen interest in urban gardening and environmentally sensitive methods of development / sustainability and water conservation.
